MEET OUR TEAM

Growing up in a family insurance business, Rosann witnessed first-hand the trust that her father, John Cusumano, earned from his clients as a result of the knowledge and guidance he shared with them. Wanting to have the same impact, she followed in her father’s footsteps and chose a career in insurance. She earned a B.S. from Penn State University in 1983 with a major in Insurance/Real Estate. While attending college, she worked alongside by father and was licensed in July 1982.

Rosann has obtained the professional designations of AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) as well as the LUTC (Life Underwriting Training Council) fellowship. As principal and President of the agency, her other management functions include overseeing both commercial and personal lines, life, disability and annuities as well as actively involved in commercial account production. 

She is a Board member 0f the West Jefferson Hills Chamber of Commerce and active member of the Smeal (Penn State’s Business School) Pittsburgh alumni chapter. She was also an Allegheny Health Network 2014 Celebrate & Share Women of Achievement Honoree.

Rosann enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family.
